NHL’s Blackhawks Get Caught With Pants Down!

By Brittni Michaelis

Patrick Kane, John Madden and Kris Versteeg, who all play for the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks hockey team, were seen consuming alcohol while taking off their pants and shirts in a limo ride over the weekend in Vancouver.

Kane, 21, Versteeg, 23, and Madden, 36 were all in town to play the Vancouver Canucks and apparently decided to have a little fun. It’s unclear whether the infamous limo ride was before an embarrassing 5-1 loss or after, but it sure looks like they had nothing to be embarrassed about on that particular night.

It is difficult to understand when you are a professional athlete, why you would conduct yourself that way when clearly a camera is around and the pictures are bound to surface somewhere on the internet? I went to a Blackhawks game about three weeks ago and in the stands there were kids aging from 5-18 wearing Patrick Kane jerseys and they filled the United Center. What’s unfortunate is that if any of these children or teenagers search Kane on the internet, these pictures are sure to show up in the results. So many people look up to celebrities and athletes and yet time and time again they set bad examples because of the poor choices they make.

Don’t get me wrong, they are human and like to have a little fun, but when you are in the spotlight you have to know that nothing is kept private. So next time it maybe best to ban the cameras when you decide to strip down to your underwear with a handful of ladies and teammates in a limo.
