Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns

If a piece isn't right for your desk, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email hello@courtsidepost.com with your order number.
• We'll reply within two business days with a prepaid return label.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the item arriving back at our workshop.

Exchanges

Want a different item instead? Mention it in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Defects and warranty

Every Courtside Post piece is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Normal wear — patina on brass and leather in particular — is part of the design, not a defect.
